As with most non-profit “Life Care” communities, Brandon Wilde residents pay a one-time “Entrance Fee” and thereafter a “Monthly Service Fee.” These fees vary depending on the type of apartment or cottage selected and the number of occupants. Brandon Wilde’s “Life Care” concept offers a significant financial advantage. Should you transfer to the Brandon Wilde Health Center, you continue to pay the same monthly fee for Brandon Wilde’s Health Center nursing services as you did for the independent living apartment or cottage you occupied before the transfer. Supplemental expenses include additional meals, medications, supplies and other items and services as may be needed for your specific care.
