Network Fee: a fee charged by STAR when accessing your Farmers’ account at an ATM that is not using the STAR Network. Surcharge: a fee that institutions (other than Farmers) charge for the use of their ATM when you ‘are not’ one of their account/card holders. Service Charge: a ‘per transaction fee’ which Farmers charges for the use of ATMs at other banks that are serviced within the STAR Network.
