See COMAR 26.11.03.01 for applicable sources and 26.11.03.04(A) for exempt sources, except for (6) where it refers to 26.11.02.10B (mobile sources) and .17 where it refers to emissions amounts (i.e. .23lbs/day). The second exception should be discussed case by case.
