What types of facilities are currently planned for the site?
The current plan calls for expanding the number of campsites by adding additional RV and tent sites, cabins and yurts. The lodging plan also includes construction of a two or three-story lodge with approximately 90 rooms. The expansion also calls for the addition of a retail area, a recreation area, an amphitheater, one or more ponds, additional swimming pools and additional open space. Our goal is to design, layout and build the entire facility in a way that is harmonious with the existing landscape and uses the natural topography of the property to maintain the visual and auditory status quo with respect to our neighborhoods.
