What types of exercises and methods will be used at the EBC?
Although we hope that you will allow yourself the element of surprise and trust, here is an overview of the types of exercises and methods you may experience: All activities are logical, practical, and meant to teach you in an assertive and compassionate way. Some of the “holistic” exercises include breathing, bioenergetics, yoga, and meditation. We will also be doing body-mind-breath exercises designed to remove negative learning & beliefs that you may have in the above areas, and replace them with new learning & beliefs that work for you.
