What types of exams are given for ChFC, CLU, and CASL courses?
ChFC, CLU, and CASL exams are administered electronically at nationwide testing centers throughout the year by The American College via the Pearson VUE testing center network. Exams consist of 100 objective questions based on the curriculum and are two hours in length. Typically, there are three types of questions included in the examstraight, multiple-choice, and “all except” questions. You must receive a 70% score to pass, and exam results are immediate after the exam.
