We’re sorry, but the system will not register instruments that were purchased prior to January 2003. If you’re not sure of your purchase date, try to register your instrument. If you receive an error message, then it falls outside of the qualifying timeframe. • I’ve lost my instrument’s proof of purchase. Can I still register the device? Yes, because you do not need any proof of purchase — just the serial number and the name of the device. • Can I register Eppendorf pipettes and dispensers? No. However, they are already part of the ep-points program, and you can register their ep-points codes here. • Can I register devices of other brands?
