What Types of Engagements Do Blue Moose Consultants Undertake?
At Blue Moose we try to focus our engagements on projects that relate specifically to the area of Information Management. We provide reviews of existing strategy, help write new strategies, provide reviews of existing applications, systems, and vendors. We also provide Project Management for all types of projects as they relate to Information Management. These projects can include the integration of multiple systems from varying vendors as well as reviews on how to replace or upgrade outdated and inefficient systems and applications. Depending on the clients needs and budgets, Blue Moose can work with third party vendors and other consulting companies or provide an entire project team with a senior leader to ensure on time, and on budget delivery.
