What types of energy efficiency measures are eligible for incentives?
The HTR SOP is designed to allow a wide range of energy efficiency measures and technologies in retrofit applications to receive funding. However, a measure that controls the energy waste from the residential structure must be installed. This can include insulating the ceiling, exterior walls, or floor of a pier and beam construction. It can also include measures to reduce air infiltration, such as weatherstripping, and measures to improve the efficiency of HVAC ducts.
