Delta Sigma Pi offers a number of educational opportunities year-round for both collegian and alumni members and affiliates of the Fraternity. LEAD (Leadership and Excellence Academies) events are offered in both the form of the LEAD Provincial Conferences and LEAD Schools. LEAD Provincial Conferences are two to three day events focusing on personal, professional, leadership and fraternal development with awards presentations and social events rounding out the weekend. LEAD Schools are one-day training events which focus on individual development in areas of leadership, personal and professional growth. Additional educational opportunities are offered with Volunteer Leadership Development Workshops where training is offered to better prepare potential Delta Sigma Pi volunteer leaders. More opportunities also exist with the Fraternity’s Grand Chapter Congress, held in August of odd-numbered years and with the Delta Sigma Pi LeaderShape Institute, now the premier annual leadership traini
