What types of dwellings will be eligible for a grant?

Any building that is considered a low-rise dwelling under Part 9 of the National Building Code of Canada may be eligible. This includes row housing, duplexes and triplexes. Some small apartment buildings of three storeys or less and mobile homes on a permanent foundation may also qualify.
