What types of donations are accepted by the Shared Dreams Clothing Center?
The Shared Dreams Clothing Center depends on donations of items to meet student needs. Every year, a clothing drive is held at each Fort Bend ISD school. In addition to gently used school appropriate clothing, sizes 4-XXXL, the following items are always welcome: New socks (all sizes) New underwear (all sizes) Shampoo Toothpaste New toothbrushes Bath soap Deodorant New razors 54-inch shoe laces New hair brushes New hair accessories Tax-deductible cash or check (made out to FBISD Shared Dreams Center) Donations for Shared Dreams may be dropped off at the Center during operating hours 10 a.m. to 2p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. Donations may be “ponied”from your campus by placing them in a garbage bag labeled “Shared Dreams, Education Complex” or dropped off at Community Partnerships Office in the Administration Building, room 114, during the regular business day. 8.
