What types of documents are necessary to support my claim to Florida residency?
Acceptable forms of documentation include: federal income tax returns, W-2 forms, lease agreements, rent receipts, homestead exemptions and fee statements from Florida colleges and universities that you attended showing that you were a Florida resident for fee-paying purposes are acceptable documents. Driver’s licenses and voter registration cards by themselves are insufficient documents to claim residency.
