Twister Data Integrator can ingest data from relational databases; structured files such as CSV files, XML documents, and spreadsheets; unstructured files such as text files, Word processor documents, and PDF files; semi-structured files such as message traffic, forms, and log files; and Internet resources such as search engines, web sites, newsgroups, RSS feeds, and web services. In addition, there is a significant library of components which interface to specialized data sets that our customers have. (In most cases, these are available at no additional cost.) SMSi understands that the processing needs of each customer will be unique to their data holdings. Therefore, SMSi offers training classes as well as services to assist the customer with custom component development and integration of additional data file types and formats.
