What Types of Culinary Institutes are available?
There is a variety of culinary schools that you could enroll at. The type you choose all depends on what sort of culinary education you want, the role you want to be trained for, and of course how much you can afford to invest in terms of time and money. As a general rule, the more time and money you invest now, the less time you will spend in semi skilled or poorly paid kitchen work.
