What types of confirmations are offered?
A. New and additional gifts, exchange and transfer recommendations, approved grant payments, and other account management confirmations (including change of address, password reset, and account name changes) are sent to account advisors and other designated parties electronically, through the United States Postal Service, or both, depending on delivery preferences selected by authorized advisors. These preferences may be changed at any time.
