What types of complaints can be investigated and acted on by the ARDMS?
All complaints received by the ARDMS are investigated to the fullest extent possible based on the information made available. Disciplinary action can only be taken against individuals found to have violated ARDMS Discipline Policies, specifically any of the situations described in Section 1.1, Grounds for Discipline. Upon investigating the complaint based on available information, ARDMS will determine if the incident noted in the complaint is a violation of ARDMS Discipline Policies (see below for further information regarding the types of complaints which ARDMS cannot take action).
