No, the current Stripping Protocol is designed for CombiMatrix microarrays that have standard oligonucleotide probes of 40-mer or less. Probes that are longer than 40-mer may not be stripped completely. HOW MANY TIMES CAN A COMBIMATRIX MICROARRAY BE STRIPPED AND RE-HYBRIDIZED?
