What types of classroom accommodations are considered?
Typical accommodations depend on the disability and include, but are not limited to, extended time on tests, alternate (distraction-reduced) testing locations, note takers, recorded materials, large print materials, etc. At Beloit College, tutoring services and various academic enrichment activities (workshops on time-management, organization, study skills, etc.) are available to all students free of charge.
