What types of claims can be submitted through the Toolkit?
Any and all types of claims can be submitted via the Toolkit. See the list below: • Claims in-for-payment • Predeterminations • Predeterminations in-for-payment • Coordination-of-benefits claims • Orthodontic claims • Claims submitted through the Toolkit must be for the subscribers/patients covered under the carriers listed in the drop down list on the Patient Info screen. • Claims with radiographs and/or other attachments can be submitted electronically through NEA. Or submit the claim via the Toolkit and wait for an Information Request requesting the required information. • Managed care or capitation encounter forms are not accepted at this time.
