What types of career assistance are available?
Both career planning and job placement services help students before and after graduation. Colleges across campus have their own career and placement offices, and the Office of Counseling and Consultation Services has a professional staff that assists students with a variety of concerns through individual and group counseling. As students approach graduation, they can take advantage of programs and services related to job placement, including workshops on resume and application-letter writing, job interviewing, and job-search strategies.
