What types of bullying goes on in High school for girls?

0

In lower school (year 8, 9 10) I remember one girl got picked on by the boys because she had a lot of hair on her arms, another got teased by other girls who left her out of group activities, made hurtful comments about her personality and appearance, humiliated her during class and ignored her. Another girl had her backpack hidden by a boy under a demountable classroom just before class, there was a long bizarre story attached to that, but she was picked on for no reason other than people didn’t like her, she was a loner and didn’t act social and charismatic the way the likeable people did, so people made fun of her and especially hated her intelligence (they misread it for arrogance and felt threatened by a girl who knew so much about so many concepts). The weird thing is that this last example happened more frequently throughout year eleven and twelve, as kids got older they picked on her more and cared less about whether she felt hurt by it or not, which scares me.
