Documents in this section are available to all users. Attach documents in this section that do not need to be submitted to the sponsor but are necessary for OSP to complete its review of the application. Some examples: Cost share addendum, cost share commitment letter, detailed budget for modular grants, detailed budgets for subcontracts or collaborators, letter of intent from the subcontractor (if it is not required by the sponsor & included in the proposal). Do Not attach any files that will be submitted to the sponsor.
