What type(s) of area rugs are safe to use on hardwood floors?

0

Due to our close relationship with Buffalo Hardwood we have a firm understanding of what works and what doesn’t work with hardwood floors. The pad being used under the rug is the biggest factor; because it is a separate underlayment it provides a barrier between the rug and the floor. Any of the pads we sell at Caroll Rug are safe to use on hardwood floors. The pad will prevent anything such as crumbs, dust, or dirt from transferring through the rug and scratching the floor underneath.
