What types of Annual General Meetings can be convened?
Two different types of Annual General Meetings may be convened:The Ordinary Annual General Meeting, that must be convened within the first six months of each year to: approve corporate management, if so required, the prior years financial statements and the application of funds. It may also adopt agreements on matters submitted for its consideration.Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting: all General Shareholders meetings other than the above.
