What types of activities does the District regulate?
In general, we regulate building and construction activities, demolitions, remodels, dredging, shoreline and/or stream bank improvements and alterations, floodplain alteration, the construction of stream or lake bridges and crossings, activities involving wetlands, and stormwater management. Each project is unique however, and it is important to check which rules may apply before starting.
