You can transfer funds from your personal checking or savings account to customers of either Bank of America or Wells Fargo Bank N.A. (i.e. a participating bank) using their mobile number or email address. You do not need their account number or routing number. After both sender and recipient have enrolled in the service, transfers you make to other Bank of America customers using their registered email or mobile number made before the daily cut-off of 10:45 p.m. ET on any day will be credited to the account on the same day. Transfers made after 10:45 p.m. ET, but before 11:59 p.m. ET will be debited from your account that same day, but credited to the receiving account on the following business day.
