What types does Brainbench offer for hiring?
Brainbench offers both pre-hire and employee development personality assessments. This section addresses our pre-hire personality assessments. Unlike most of the assessments available today, these assessments focus specifically on pre-hire selection, only addressing attributes known to impact job performance. The following three types of Pre-hire Personality Assessments are available: • Pre-Hire Personality Screen Assessments – These are short 55 question tests that are specially built to measure only the personality aspects that are most important when you are making a hiring decision. Fast and easy, they are well-suited for the screening function.
