What type of wiki is Dahliapedia. How do I get one?
Dahliapedia is based on DokuWiki, a free and open-source wiki with the following benefits: Pages are stored as plaintext. Therefore, they are human-readable even outside of a browser. Since each page is plaintext, no MySQL or other database system knowledge is required. DokuWiki is simple, comprising a few PHP and CSS scripts, but powerful, allowing very fine permission control, exact editing, and customizability. It is well documented and under active development. We’ve upgraded twice since we’ve been online! It is fully searchable. Try it out at your left. Integrated search is mainly why we’ve moved our original website to the wiki.
