What type of wax is used in Pixie Scents candles?
We use only 100% natural soy wax. Calwax CB3 soy wax is smooth, all natural, and made of 100% hydrogenated soy and vegetable oils. We have found that is has excellent color retention, hot and cold scent throw and is clean burning. There are no additives required. All raw materials are soy products and are manufactured in the United States. All soy materials used are FDA certified, Kosher certified and & USP certified. It is natural for this wax to have a slight “bloom” to it (a milky or mottled look). This does not affect the burning of the wax.
