Ameritool offers a 5-year warranty on the 1165 and 1750 series gas springs and a 3-year warranty on every other series gas spring. Ameritool warrants products to be free of defects in relation to parts and or workmanship for a period of 3 to 5 years (depending on the gas spring series) from the date manufactured. This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) any product altered, abused, neglected, or misused (2) any product that is improperly installed.
