The standard warranty of hearing instruments is 1 full year on repairs, loss and damage on custom hearing instruments. Additional coverage up to 3 years, can be purchased upon ordering the hearing instrument. If you purchase 3-year loss and damage warranty, the hearing instrument can only be replaced once during that time period. After you use the manufacturers loss/damage coverage, you may consider getting the hearing instrument covered on your homeowners or through other insurance.
