Cycle Tow warrants its products to the original purchaser, to be free of defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages to or failure of the tow bar, or any losses due to accident, improper assembly, improper maintenance, improper use, neglect, misuse, abuse, or normal wear.
