What type of transportation is available in the metro Toronto area?
Toronto has a major subway and bus system for easy transportation through the downtown core to all major attraction areas. The Red Rocket streetcar operates in the lower core area and this is a “must do” when in Toronto. For other suburbs or local cities, there is a “GO Train” and “GO Bus” as well as regular rail travel. Travel is efficient in Toronto and a Shriner Travel and Attraction Passport program is planned for 2010.
