What type of training is required to be a Poll Worker?

0

Florida Election Laws require that all poll workers attend mandatory training prior to each Election. Training hours vary according to the poll worker position you are filling. The range is from 2.5 to 3.5 hours per Election with a Certification Class of 2 hours for those individuals filling the Clerk and Assistant Clerk positions. All poll workers are paid for attending training. Poll workers are notified by mail and it is posted on our website as to the training class schedule for the Election they are working. Registration is by e-mail, mail, fax or phone.
