Commitment to responsible business practices requires that companies adopt appropriate tools to integrate and embed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into the organisational culture and long term strategy. The company needs to acquire both awareness and skills necessary to design, implement and monitor CSR initiatives. Our workshops are designed to introduce CSR and its link to competitiveness and long term sustainability. We use a mix of theory and practice to enhance understanding of concept and apply a participatory approach to maximise involvement and learning.
