The Corps of Engineers PROSPECT courses include the DD1391 Processor and Economic Analysis for Military Construction Army (MCA). To register for these courses, please go to the USACE Learning Center website at: http://pdsc.usace.army.mil/. We offer affordable, customized world-wide workshops year-round for the DD1391 Processor and/or its related applications (PC-Cost, ECONPACK, and ISCE) at our site or at yours. If you would like to learn more about our training workshops, please contact our PAX/DD1391 Helpdesk at paxspt-huntsville@usace.army.mil. We also offer an online tutorial for the PAX/DD1391 Processor System. Users may access this tutorial at URL: http://www.hnd.usace.army.mil/paxspt/tutorial/index.htm. The tutorial will guide you through the procedures for creating, editing, monitoring, and printing DD1391 Forms and Support Documentation. The Tutorial is an excellent training tool for users who cannot get to the PROSPECT course, users who need a refresher, and/or users who may
