What type of training is done at CFA?

The training at CFA is cutting edge and efficient. Everything has a purpose and a reason of why we are doing it. We start every workout with a proper dynamic warm-up that involves movement preparation, activation of specific musculature, mobility and flexibility drills, speed and agility drills, functional strength training, and proper conditioning, usually in the form of intervals. There is a specific structure to the workout but every workout you should expect something different. We believe in mastering the basic exercises in the gym but we also believe in variety with our routines.
