What type of training does Dial-A-Maid provide to its personnel?
Dial-A-Maid conducts a three tier approach to training. First, our new personnel view our own video documenting the specifics of our exclusive twenty point “Healthy Home Cleaning System”. Then, we schedule the new cleaning professional on the job training with a senior representative of our company to ensure that they are performing up to our standards. And finally, we provide recurrent training to all of our employees to ensure that they are all well versed in our latest cleaning supplies, techniques, and procedures.
