What type of training do summer associates receive?
Summer associates participate in an extensive training program, to ensure a successful integration to the firm. We also make every effort to include summer associates in client meetings, conference calls, closings, trials, hearings and depositions. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we are committed to giving our summer associates challenging assignments that allow them to assess what to expect as first-year associates at Thelen LLP.
