What type of training and support does Oil & Vinegar provide to franchisees?
We provide both initial and ongoing training and support. It all starts with a 2 ½ week initial hands-on training at one of our designated shops in the USA. You, and up to 5 of your team, will leave this session high on Oil & Vinegar and ready to face any challenge your own store can throw at you. In any case, when your store opens, you will also receive 5 days of on-site training at your shop, including hands-on assistance in all aspects of the opening and training of your complete staff. Throughout your tenure as an Oil & Vinegar franchisee, you will also benefit from regularly scheduled visits from our support team. In addition, the HQ support team members are just a phone call away.
