WHAT TYPE OF THERAPY DOES THE WRIGHT INSTITUTE PROVIDE?
The Clinic specializes in what is often called psychoanalytically oriented or psychodynamic psychotherapy. This approach to therapy focuses on an exploration of present difficulties, past history including early childhood experiences, and the relationships in your life including the relationship you develop with your therapist. The aim of our treatment approach is to reduce troubling symptoms such as depression and anxiety, enhance personal development and improve relationships and overall psychological well being. Therapy at WILA is open ended. It is available for as long as the patient and therapist believe is necessary to achieve treatment goals.
