It sounds as though you need a therapist (either clinical social worker or psychologist) with experience in trauma related disorders in general as it isn’t possible to tell what you actually have based on your post. All the disorders you listed require far more symptoms than what you identified (though I realize you may have only listed a few things) and it’s very possible that you may not have any of those disorders you listed.
