A. Landless HH being relocated in a RS signed a contract with IRC; this contract contains the following information: • The plot of land is allocated to the HH; • The sale, mortgage, transfer of rights or donation to other of this plot is prohibited within a period of 5 years from the signature of the contract; • In case of violation, authorities will take back the land without any conditions; • When five years have passed, the State will issue a full land title to the land owner. This contract doesn’t constitute a full land title. Relocated HH will receive their individual land titles after 5 years provided that they live there for 5 consecutive years.
