What type of technical support is available?
Our preferred method of providing technical training, support and assistance for community content development projects is for the organization concerned to involve us in the development stage and budget to include the appropriate back end and technical support. We will also be offering professional level services at competitive rates in the near future. VCN core services largely consist of maintaining public servers and online tools free for use by non-profit groups. These services are in turn supported by volunteer trainers and a help desk. High level questions regarding application configuration and tweaking generate high level responses.
