What type of support can we expect from Powerscourt?
Having a new puppy in the household is always an enjoyable and fun time. However, puppies can be hard work at times and you can expect to have a few “ups and downs” from time to time. We will support you with advice at any stage of your puppy’s/dog’s life. You are welcome to telephone us or email with any worries or queries you may have (night or day). We will be happy to share our experiences with you and help you resolve any areas of concern. We will also resume ownership (or help find a suitable new home) for any of our puppies (regardless of how old they are) should the need arise. We also have an owner’s forum where owners can interact with each other and ourselves. This is a very popular forum with many owners joining in the banter and sharing puppy ownership experiences. We also hold an annual picnic where owners and their dogs join us for a relaxing, informal and fun day out. This event always proves popular and is well attended.
