What type of supervision and help will the individuals have?

There are five full-time Day Services Specialists who will supervise individuals in the program. There will be one supervisor for every 10 individuals. There are also “natural supports” that will be available to assist individuals with their learning and life experiences. This will make the staff-to-individual ratio even less for greater individualized attention.
