What type of subscriber support does Waymark offer?
Waymark offers technical and administrative support for your account. You can get expert technical assistance from us for setting up Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer, Outlook Express, Netscape Navigator and Netscape mail. Since, Waymark’s systems meet Internet standards, you can choose use your own tools for accessing the Internet through Waymark. For instance, if you would like to use Eudora as your e-mail program, simply change the default settings, and you’ll be up and running! However, these programs are not supported by Waymark and may make some advanced features of Waymark’s service unavailable.
