What type of students does Henderson International School want to enroll?
We want academically capable students who have wide-ranging interests and talents. Obviously, we have differing contexts for the admissions process depending on the age of the applicant. High School students should demonstrate academic energy and ability, interest in the fine arts and athletics as well as a determination to build good character and to serve the community. Younger children are tested for aptitude, potential and rates of progress. In general, we believe in accepting students for whom we can provide the best academic, athletic and fine arts experience possible and who will, in return, contribute to the life of the school in a wide variety of ways.
