What type of students does Genzyme look for?
We look for students with combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Students with a different perspective and creative trouble shooting techniques who thrive while working in a diverse, fast-paced environment. Our ideal students have the aptitude, attitude, skills and initiative to work collaboratively as a member and/or leader of a team. In general, we look for college students who have already completed their first year at an accredited college or university. You must be at least 18 years old to work in a laboratory or manufacturing setting in the state of MA. The majority of our internships and co-op assignments are designed to attract associate, undergraduate and graduate college degree level students.
